Seymour Aviation multi-level car park
The Seymour multi-level car park was conceived as part of our corporate aim at supporting the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN’s) objective of making Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) a hub for the West African aviation industry and destination of choice to airport service providers and users.We consider this project a major milestone for the country and a national pride to the stakeholders and the citizens as a whole. The design and implementation of this facility was borne out of the need to construct a car park that meets international standard and provides comfort and convenience for the facility users.
The Car Park is a state-of-the-art multi-level car park facility on Six Floors with 1,300 car carrying capacity, which was commissioned on October 4, 2017, to serve the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.
Facilities at the Car Park
| a. Four commercial-sized elevators linking all the floors; staircases at each corner of the building. |
| b. Self-service entry and Exit facilities at Front and Rear Entry and Exit gates. |
| c. Male and Female conveniences on every floor with Ablution areas provided at the Ground Floor. |
| d. Car Park Management Solution (CPMS) Tolling Systems installed by Scheidt & Bachmann (German). |
| e. Fully air conditioned Executive Waiting Lounge with Cable TV (DSTv). |
| f. Food Court and retail spaces to cater for the needs of Car Park users. |
| g. 24-hour CCTV Operation on all the Floors and the surroundings. |
| h. Road Blockers and Bollards with installed Underbelly Vehicle Inspection & Surveillance System, and Bomb Scanners for maximum Security. |
| i. Standby 350 kVA generator and water reservoir with fire sprinkler system on all floors. |
| j. world-class facility management services. |
| k. A public address system linked with the airport for flight information. |
